Job description

We are currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join and support our operations and product development teams.

This is an exciting entry opportunity for a college or school leaver to gain valuable office experience in a professional and ambitious working environment that is constantly evolving. In this role, you will support our teams with a range of administrative tasks including assisting with product quality control checks, organising couriers, data entry, filing, handling incoming calls / customer enquiries, organising then sending samples, preparing order paperwork, monitoring and chasing shipment / payment paperwork, market research, running errands and assisting with varied general office duties.

You will be a vital component in day to day operations, and will show yourself to be proactive and eager to support our friendly and hard-working team.

The right candidate will have:

  • achieved top grades at GCSE / A-Level.
  • good written and verbal communication skills, and organisational abilities.
  • good time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • a talent for problem solving and taking initiative.
  • a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • a willingness to learn new skills.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook.
