Role Summary
We are currently looking for an Office and Executive Assistant (EA) to support our C-Suite based in Delta Capita’s UK HQ in Canary Wharf, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly meticulous and enthusiastic individual to apply their administration experience in an high-profile role within a Global Financial Services Consulting Firm.
The Role and Responsibilities:
EA support to senior management which includes C-Suite- Reception cover and switchboard
- Ownership of Business Support mailbox
- Meeting room management
- Replenishing supplies
- Arranging couriers
- Access control
- Assisting with event arrangements
- Ad hoc admin support to senior management team
- Ad hoc support to Business Support Team & holiday cover
Skills and Experience
As an assistant, you will have:
- Hands on experience as an EA / Personal Assistant (PA)
- Knowledge within office assistant / reception environment
- Exceptional organisation skills, can do approach, prepared to get stuck in with no job too big or small attitude
