Job description
The IT Manager is responsible for managing and directing the technical support of the company’s computer systems. Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing information technology projects through completion. Ensures projects meet or exceed technical specifications, member requirements, policies, budgets, and deadlines. Assembles, directs, coordinates, and assigns responsibilities to IT department staff members. Ensures the security of Company computer data and account information. Coordinates with management to establish and implement operating system goals and objectives. Trains, assigns, and supervises IT personnel. Supervises and manages assigned personnel. Ensures Senior Management is well informed of area activities and significant problems.
Requires moderate to heavy lifting and/or moving frequently. These include, but are not limited to, the following requirements. Frequently required to stand; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, strong technical skills a plus. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license.
