Health Care Assistant
Pay rates: Days: Up to £12.32 per hour / Nights: Up to £13.07 per hour

** Full time and part time contracts available on days and / or nights to support you and your work/life balance, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks) **
Introduction
We’re looking for Health Care Assistants both experienced or new to care, to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in one of our luxury homes, Fernhill our Dedicated Dementia Care Home in Longham, located near Ferndown in Dorset.
We’re looking for the right person to join our fabulous care team, to build lasting relationships with residents and ensure they receive the highest level of personal care every day, assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.
You don’t need experience to make a real difference to residents’ lives. A positive, caring attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for helping others are what we’re looking for. If you’re a Support Worker, or looking for a Support Worker role, you may possess all the skills and qualities we’re looking for.

About you
Compassion is in your nature. You’re willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed. You’re organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observations skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.
You don’t need to have experience. Your personal qualities and values are more important to us, and you’ll be supported with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training from day one.
