Job description
ASSISTANT MANAGER/ BARS MANAGER Position available at our new site Amherst Inn, Chart Seal, Sevenoaks in Kent.
This is a big site and will require experience of running a 60/40 food/ wet led pub. 300 seater.

Our ethos is - fresh food, locally sourced, great service.
- This can be a live in or live out position. (Accommodation is for a single person or couple)
- Hours are full time 4 doubles and a half days per week.for the accomodation.
- Live out - up to 30 hours per week
- Weekends are key to our business and management will need to working.
- Operational hours 8am to midnight. Seven days a week and will be serving food from 9am to 9pm.
