A unique opportunity to work and support the Senior Commercial Project Team in delivering key projects from an extensive New Store, Refurbishments Programme and Brand Projects from Concept and design through to Retail Handover.
Support the day to day brand and commercial processes of the existing estate. Develop relationships with external brands and business partners alongside internal stakeholders to ensure flawless project delivery.

You will help drive the direction, development, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments and goals.

- Drive development of USC Unitary
- Managing and reporting on progress of the projects to the business and key stakeholders
- Provide efficient and timely support to other company departments where required
- Ensure the Frasers Retail specifically the USC Brand DNA is protected; strive to constantly improve the process and quality
- Experience with working alongside the Commercial, Buying and Merchandising functions
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Experience in interpreting space plans and technical drawings /manufacture details
- Must have a high level of financial appraisal skill
- Experience in Retail Design and shop fitting is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of concept and unitary development
- Ability to form strong and productive relationships across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and trouble shoot during a project
- Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and able to reprioritise efficiently
- Self-starter able to work under own initiative
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to travel globally when required
- Technically literate
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience using AutoCAD –(Desirable)
- Experience using Revit (desirable)
- Experience of Microsoft Project (desirable)
