Senior Service Delivery Manager, BGSC UK Branch

As a Barclays Senior Service Delivery Manager, Barclays Global Services Centre (BGSC) UK Branch, you will be supporting designing & refresh of operating model, roadmap & approach, governance strategy and continuous process improvement for Service Management framework. You will support defining the MI and reporting mechanism which is required to support BGSC ExCo to give a view around service performance and deliver a robust Service performance review mechanism to derive continuous improvement opportunities to enable service improvement.

- Acting as BGSC representative in the UK to make decisions and represent BGSC within BX
- Overseeing IGAs/ SLAs for BGSC services to and from BX, BUK & BI
- Being the point of contact in relation to services from BGSC, critically evaluating all proposals
- Applying a commercial lens to all engagement with all service recipients and providers
- Assisting the Head of BGSC UK Branch in developing strategic initiatives
- Supporting the engagement with BX Management office in the UK and global service recipients
What we’re looking for:
- Broad awareness of the BGSC business
- Broad Understanding of Barclays processes
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools, especially PowerPoint
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Proven understanding of the legal construct for BGSC and BX
- Broad understanding of the relevant risks, policies and standards particularly iOS, OCIR and Appointed Representative
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, networking and influencing skills
- Proven ability to manage conflict and be receptive to challenges

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command Centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
