CPG Logistics is a long-established company based in Fareham Reach, Gosport, in Hampshire, providing logistics services since 1978. CPG operates from state-of-the-art warehouses and is recognised as one of the UK’s foremost solution providers for both specialist logistics services and supply chain management. We provide exceptional service to our customers and the majority of our new business is through recommendation or internal growth with companies.
We are currently looking to recruit within CPG for the position of Finance Administrator.
As Finance Administrator you will be reporting to the Finance Controller and will be supporting the business in day to credit control activities. You will produce weekly and monthly invoices and deal with any related queries along with proactively contacting customers to facilitate prompt payment.
You will work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and customers by responding to requests and updating daily transaction records. You will also be required to support in all administration areas relating to the accounts department including covering of other tasks in periods of absence.
The position will require using different mediums of communication (telephone, email, in person, Microsoft Teams). Experience in Ariba and OB10 is desirable.
This is a varied role which requires a combination of great communication, organisational and analytical skills.

Core Skills:
Competent IT user experienced in using standard MS office tools and CPG business applications including SAP.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 2 years experience in working in finance administration.
