Background
Ultrasound Direct (USD) and The Fertility Partnership (TFP) are recognised and growing national providers of ultrasound and fertility healthcare services.
Ultrasound Direct services continue to expand, and we are now seeking an Admin Clinic Advisor this will be for our Northwest Region. You will be based at Manchester but may travel to other clinics/locations in the region.
The post holder will report to the Clinic Managers within the Northwest region and work alongside the wider team of CA's to promote and enhance the national reputation of the business within their geographical remit and will be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work alongside USD’s clinical team to contribute to the business, supporting the values, aims and objectives of USD and TFP.
- Represent the organisation positively in all contacts, both directly with the public and between healthcare professionals and organisations.
- Apply your best endeavours at all times to build service quality, reputation and positive influence of the organisation.
- Ensure communication (both verbal and electronic) within the organisation are carried out effectively and in a professional manner.
- Promote existing and new USD services and products.
- Managing busy Reception duties, diaries and schedules
- Adhering to CQC requirements at all times and assisting with audits
- Excellent personal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
Other:
- Clean driving license and own car is essential and non-negotiable.
- A DBS check will be undertaken prior to commencement of employment.
- The right person will require enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, motivation and a have a 'can do' positive attitude.
- You will be a team player.
- You will be required to treat clients with the utmost respect and ensure that they receive a 5* service throughout their time with us.
- Weekend working is non negotiable
- Candidates need to be as flexible as possible in order to meet the needs of the business.
- Phlebotomy skills preferred however full training is given and non negotiable.

Clinic Advisors/Assistants are a very important part of the team that manage lists, look after clients and manage and assist the sonographers during the clinic. Your role is a VITAL one.
