We can always promise:

  • A Safe work environment
  • A diverse & international workforce
  • A relaxed but hard-working atmosphere

***Looking for part-time candidates with hospitality experience only and a right to work in the UK only***

Smoke & Salt is an award-winning South London restaurant. We opened our new venue in Tooting during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic and we're now looking to expand our team on our quest to be the best restaurant in South London.

We're looking for a team player who genuinely loves or is interested in a career in the hospitality industry. We'd love to work with someone with experience in a similar role and at a similar level of establishment, but most of all we're after someone who is passionate, enthusiastic and hard-working.

The role on offer is a weekend evening server role - the role requires someone that can commit to working at least every Friday and Saturday evening, with the option of picking up an extra Thursday evening shift, if necessary.

As a server you will be the face of the restaurant, with duties including sales, customer service and preparing drinks for serving to customers. We require the ideal candidate to have an excellent grasp of spoken and written English. However, the most important thing is that you should be willing and open to learn new things every day.

The ideal candidate will be reporting directly to the managers and current owners of Smoke & Salt. We will provide full training, wine knowledge, daily meals and an excellent working environment which strives to be as transparent as possible within the company. We're hoping to hire someone who's willing to become an integral part of the business and grow alongside us as we look to increase and expand our brand in the future.

Please submit your CV with relevant experience and an optional short cover letter.
