Office Administrator
We are looking for a reliable office administrator to join the team within an expanding exterior building cleaning company based in South Croydon, Surrey.
The tasks of the office administrator will include:
- Managing phone calls from potential new customers and booking site visits
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Booking in the teams daily work
- Being able to think on their feet and being able to research new products/techniques when required.
- Keeping our CRM system up to date
- Creating quotations
- Weekly tracking of the team’s performances
- Emails- ensure all emails are responded to immediately
- Diary management of the director’s diary
Salary £8-10.50p/h depending on experience
Hours are 2 days per week 10am – 2pm (with the potential to increase hours)
Requirements:
- Skills in MS office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Outstanding customer service and organisational skills.
- Good social media skills
