This role is hybrid, based at the Contact Centre in Harrods Headquarters in Hammersmith and from home.

As a Customer Service Advisor in the Contact Centre you will support with customer enquiries about the store and online, maximising sales opportunities and increasing the customers’ loyalty to Harrods.
