Job description
We are a successful liquid waste management and industrial services company based in East Kilbride with over 150 employees. Due to further expansion, we are looking for a sales and operations administrator to join our busy friendly team at our new depot in Grangemouth to help support the functions of the business.
Key Duties Include:
· Calling potential new clients using a CRM Database to set up appointments for the sales team.
· Dealing with incoming calls relayed from East Kilbride Office.
· Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
· Setting up new customer accounts on the operating system.
· Dealing with customers, use of workflow packages, planning and scheduling crews.
· Updating client portals
· Processing job paperwork to allow for final invoicing
· General sales / operations admin support
All training would be provided but key competencies would include excellent telephone manner, good computer skills, effective communication and ability to work both individually and in a team.
