We have an opening in our busy Harrogate based calibration laboratory for a ‘Customer Service Administrator’ working 40 hours a week providing clerical & administrative support to our laboratories and service centre . Duties to include dealing with clients enquires by telephone and e-mail, responding to queries and requests by telephone, e-mail and fax, Forwarding reports & reminders to customers, interdepartmental liaison , track the status of instruments & chase progress of calibrations & repair. admistration of subcontractor calibration & Eavualtion of approved suppliers. The successful applicant must have good communication skills both verbally & written with a friendly & helpful approach to work with the technical management team. Good organisational skills are a must. Be PC literate using our bespoke in house software as well as conventional office packages. Candidates should be able to work on their own initiative and be able to complete set tasks on their own.
Working hours will be . Monday – Friday.
