Office Administration
£11.50 (going to £12 after 3 month probation period)
Summary
Location: Ampthill/Flitwick/Hitchin/Luton
Hybrid working (computer equipment supplied) - although required to meet in Milton Keynes office once every couple of weeks for team meetings
Hours would be around 09:00 to 15:00 (flexible)
Monday to Friday
25 - 30 hours per week
Below is a rough outline of general duties throughout the week. All training given, most of the tasks are done in excel (so excel skills would be an advantage). Duties can vary on a weekly basis depending on the needs of the business.
Processing timesheets, expenses and mileage sheets on a weekly basis for up to 50 engineers.
Check for travel arrangements with engineers:
Hotels are often required daily
Flight/ car hire/ airport parking & taxi’s
When bookings have been made, they need to be emailed to engineer and then logged onto a spreadsheet and coded.
General Admin Duties
Future work to include:
- Credit Cards (reporting)
- HR Updating (Record keeping)
- Pat Testing - analyze results and compile reports in excel & adobe (training given)
- Parking Fines - Paying or Appealing where necessary and keeping records.
- Sage 50 (Training given)
