Your Role:
Treasure Data is seeking an IT Operations Analyst for a hybrid-remote position supporting our UK and France team. You will be joining a small, extremely motivated team responsible for applications, endpoints, and service delivery for a global company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, including hands-on experience with SaaS, SSO, MDM, and networking.
Responsibilities & Duties:
The primary focus of the role will be service delivery, however, we also wish to develop your skills with cross-training and meaningful project work. Your feedback will be integral in improving and streamlining processes and procedures for scalability. You will be in charge of setting up access, and storage and deployment of hardware for new hires, as well as facilitating their initial onboarding. You will provide first-rate service to a geographically diverse user base. You love people and you are an expert at helping them work more efficiently, effectively, securely, and happily.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years experience supporting Corporate IT in an enterprise environment.
2+ years experience supporting a primarily macOS environment.
Experience servicing a large portfolio of SaaS applications (including Google Workspace, Slack, & Jira).
Excellent communication skills with clear and articulate verbal and written interactions, documentation, and presentation.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for innovation, results, customer focus, and an ability to work independently.
Experience working in a geographically diverse organization, including willingness to occasionally adjust work schedule +/- 2 hours for international support.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
We would be thrilled if you have:
Experience implementing or migrating systems to a new SSO provider (Okta).
Strong understanding of API integrations and functions
Experience administering endpoints through an MDM solution (Jamf).
2+ years of experience in Bash and/or Python scripting to support automation.
Strong knowledge in managing VPN systems and networking infrastructure.
