Purpose
The role will initially involve learning the sales process and administrational procedures, working closely with the relevant Departments within TBW. The role will involve both internal mentoring and field training. Progress will be measured and monitored by the Healthcare Director and Enterprise Solutions Director.
The role is designed to develop the necessary individual skills and knowledge to progress a career within the Healthcare Sales Team to develop our hardware, software and consumables offering within the Healthcare sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
To assist the Healthcare Sales Team with administrational duties such:
- Deal Registering Projects with Manufacturers.
- Organising customer site visits to Newark.
- Order processing – logging, monitoring and problem resolution.
- Compiling management and customer information.
- Assisting with Account queries.
- General administration .
- To assist the Healthcare Sales Team in selling TBW products/solutions and Managed Services offering into existing TBW, competitive and greenfield Healthcare customers.
- To manage specific named Healthcare Accounts as required in a professional manner ensuring regular contact with the customer in order to develop strong business relationships between existing or prospective Healthcare customers, maximising the ongoing business potential within the account.
- To assist and undertake various Projects as required by the Healthcare Sales Team, including scoping customer business requirements and objectives and collating data for analysis.
- To qualify sales leads by telephone and follow up where necessary with an appointment.
- Work with the Healthcare Sales Team to keep all sales activity and Account records updated on Hubspot CRM.
- To identify and survey greenfield and competitor accounts for potential new opportunities.
- To assist in product/solution demonstrations as required.
- To assist in customer visits to Newton House, Enterprise House and Telford Drive as required.
Sales, Account Management and Product/Solutions Knowledge Development Requirements
- To gain an understanding of the sales process.
- To fully understand the reseller environment.
- To understand and effectively demonstrate TBWs Healthcare offering.
- To have a working knowledge and be capable of demonstrating a comprehensive range of ruggedised mobile computers and tablets namely but not limited to Datalogic, Honeywell, Panasonic, Samsung and Zebra.
- To have a working knowledge and be capable of demonstrating a comprehensive range of desktop and mobile printers namely but not limited to Citizen, Datalogic, Epson, Honeywell, Star, Toshiba, TSC and Zebra.
- To have a top-level understanding of TBWs and Partners media and consumable offering within Healthcare.
- To have a top-level understanding of our real time visibility and workflow optimisation Healthcare software solutions for the patient pathway.
- To understand how to structure proposals for Projects of various sizes on both an Opex and Capex basis.
