We are looking for a bold, ambitious and experienced business development representative that knows the marketing technology space inside out.
You are likely to be an experienced SDR that has been hitting targets and is now looking to develop into a consultative selling role. This role would suit someone that enjoys hunting down new prospects but also enjoys the strategic side of planning out activity, refining messaging and getting into the detail with new prospects, in the discovery stage. This role will start with subject matter training, so will suit those that enjoy learning.
This is an outbound role. Your success in this role will be determined by:
- Number of meetings booked
- The quality and fit of those meetings, judged by the rate they turn into opportunities
- Revenue generated, which will be shared with you based on your contribution to the sales process
You will seek out new customers based on our ideal customer profile. This will be done by generating new interest through LinkedIn, email and phone calls. Phone calls to new prospects will be a large part of this role, so you must be very comfortable with this, developing the ability to speak with confidence about our solutions and match them to prospect needs.
This role consists of three main areas:
- Outbound prospecting
- Being or becoming a subject matter expert in B2B Marketing in particular account-based marketing and websites
- Strategic do-er, thinking and putting together messaging and sequences that work
Essential:
- SDR experience minimum 2 years
- B2B digital marketing agency or marketing technology experience
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HubSpot
Salary and commission:
- £40k basic, £60k OTE
