Well Played Games is a small but experienced games development company based in Leamington Spa, who develop a variety of video games for mobile. Founded in 2017, we are looking for an Animator to join our dynamic team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be an experienced animator, able to create a wide range of mobile game ready animations, with a strong understanding of Unity development. You should be self-sufficient and versatile, with an appreciation for mobile development and pushing the boundaries of creativity in this space.

Key Skills and Experience

• Exceptional understanding of traditional animation principles and how they apply to games
• Experienced animator with a strong knowledge of Unity & 3D software animation processes for mobile
• Knowledge of 2D & 3D animation techniques and workflows
• Help the art team to level up the animation quality bar across multiple projects
• Self-organised, able to work across multiple projects
• Enjoys working in small, dynamic teams on established brand IP

You Should Have

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your range of animation skills
• A self-sufficient, motivated, team player mentality
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a comparable role
