Job description
Elite Blinds manufacture window blinds and curtains for domestic and commercial customers in the Lisburn / Belfast and greater Belfast areas.
Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for Window Blind Production / Factory Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team.
The Role
As Supervisor, your day to day duties will involve supervising activity of the manufacturing team, liaising with management, assisting with stock and orders, manufacturing window blinds, including venetian blinds, with the opportunity to manufacture other blinds from time to time. Each blind is hand made to measure and therefore you will have exceptional attention to detail when it comes to measuring and manufacturing a high quality product.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using power tools
Preferred Criteria
- Experience of working in window blind manufacturing is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Experience using an industrial sewing machine is preferred but training can be given.
Wages negotiable subject to experience.
