Zero Down Lease is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Agent to join our team. We understand that lease management might seem boring, but we are passionate about helping people navigate this complex area. As a small team, we are dedicated to solving big problems and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers while using as much tech and data as possible.
This is a very exciting time for us, we have come far since starting this venture in early 2022 and now that we’re scaling we need your help for the next stage of our growth.
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focussed Inbound Sales Agent. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You will be part of a small team and the first full time hire in this position, allowing you to help shape the future of this team as we grow.
This role will require you to work in our London office two days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days.
Responsibilities
As we are a startup, you can be helpful in many different ways; however, your main responsibilities will be:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance (all our customers have signed up for help so there’s no cold calling involved)
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other channels
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Create lease extension reports to give customers a better understanding of the finances of the process (no prior experience needed - we’ll teach you everything)
- Onboard customers once they have agreed to use our services.
Ideal candidate
We’re looking for candidates who are excited about the challenge of a high growth start-up with:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - there is a high volume of customer calls to deal with
- Self-starter who can take responsibility over tasks and drive them enthusiastically
Preferred (but not necessary):
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Prior experience and knowledge in property, leaseholds or legals would be helpful but not necessary
