**32 Hours. Monday-Thursday. 8-5pm**
Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner both in person and on the phone
- Obtains all necessary patient records as required by treatment protocol, which may include clinic EMR or outside resources
- Collects appropriate co-payments or outstanding balances upon check-in, if applicable
- Prep charts for scheduled infusions
- Appropriately communicates with physicians, staff, patients and Altus colleagues through various methods (i.e. phone, EMR, chat, email)
- Works the unscheduled patient report for the assigned site and attends weekly collaboration meeting to ensure all patients are scheduled timely
- Assists with scheduling appointments for patients
- Assist with ordering of medical supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
