We are looking for an experienced and decisive Operations Manager to take ownership of a number of services we deliver to patients in Lewisham. In this role, you will work alongside two other Operations Managers and under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that services run smoothly, provide a superb experience to our patients, and are fully staffed (rotas, clinical rooms, etc). You will be involved in meetings with internal and external leaders and stakeholders, commissioners at various levels, and may be involved in the implementation of new services that we may be asked to deliver in the future. You will line manage a Team Leader who oversees a number of administrators, and you will be responsible for supporting them, providing coaching, mentoring and support throughout their employment cycle, ensuring that their performance is in line with the wider organisational goals, objectives, and KPIs.
This is a varied and demanding job that will require you to think on your feet, make quick decisions and take full responsibility to make changes and adaptations that you see fit. Experience in dealing with primary care services or Urgent Care Centres is a distinct advantage, as well as the ability to manage your own workload, identify and drive forward priorities, and work under minimal supervision.

Job summary:
Responsible for all aspects of performance, service improvement and operational management with clients. Also responsible for integrated governance ensuring that projects are managed effectively and within budget. Will be required to be on call one in every six weekends.
