Warehouse Technician

Phos is looking for a talented Warehouse Technician to join our team in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Phos is a highly creative designer & manufacturer of high-end architectural lighting winning several awards in our sector and shortlisted for the coveted FX awards in 2020, following on from winning the Darc Awards in 2019.

We have created an outstanding range of discreet and powerful miniature luminaires that provide total flexibility of design, exceptional manufacturing quality and high performance. But most importantly, they look amazing!

Working alongside the Warehouse Manager and within the Operations Team, we will be looking for someone who has warehousing experience and passionate about their work as part of a small team in a positive and fun atmosphere.

Duties / Responsibilities:

· Day to day general Warehouse activities

· Processing of Good-In, including a QC Inspection

· Processing of Dispatch, including a QC Inspection prior to shipment

· Monitoring and maintaining the Warehouse KPIs

· Ensuring when stock issues arise, they are raised and processed in a timely fashion

· Monthly stock cycle counting and yearly stock take.

· Maintaining a good level of housekeeping throughout the warehouse (H&S)

· Due to the nature of the role additional hrs may be required at times (Overtime will be applicable for this)

Academic Qualifications:

· Background in either mechanical or electrical/electronic manufacturing business would be preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
