Job description

Established specialist pensions provider require a seasoned Business Analyst to work within a small team to interpret and implement the requirements of the new Customer Duty regulations. The regulations directly affect customer service and operations processes so an understanding and previous practical experience/exposure to business operations is essential. This is a much more process orientated than IT focussed business analysis role. As such, someone who is used to being business facing and has previous experience of regulatory change projects would be ideal. Well developed communication and stakeholder management skills are a must have. The client offices are in Liverpool and you will be required to be on-site for 1-2 days each week. The initial contract is 6 months and the day rate is £500-550 outside IR35.
