Who are we looking for?

  • Holds an HNC/Apprenticeship or equivalent in a Business, Project Management, Science, or Engineering related discipline.
  • Demonstrates excellent report and minutes writing skills.
  • Exhibits strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Has the ability to work autonomously with initiative and minimum supervision.
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Provide support to the Project Manager, including managing project change requests and deviations.
  • Create and manage key project documentation.
  • Coordinate and provide information for assigned projects as required.
  • Manage project change and deviation documents.
  • Perform project secretarial duties, such as organizing meetings and taking minutes.
  • Support the broader project team to ensure project success.

Presence on-site for at least 2 days per week in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications

Essential skills, experience, and competence required:

  • Holds an HNC/Apprenticeship or equivalent in a Business, Project Management, Science, or Engineering related discipline.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates excellent report and minutes writing skills.
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits good planning and organizational skills.
  • Has the ability to work autonomously with initiative and minimum supervision.

Desirable skills, experience, and competence:

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in managing interfaces and interdependencies for technical projects.
  • Project management qualifications.
  • Experience in quality management or systems.
  • Experience in purchasing systems.
