The Role
BASE LOCATION: Bellshill Hybrid or fully remote
SALARY: Depending on skills and experience
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)
Role Description
The objective of this role is to provide first class levels of business application support to our customers via telephone, e-mail and remote connectivity.
This role would suit an Infor Consultant who is looking to work as part of a support team where the cases are constantly changing rather than working on long term projects and someone who is perhaps looking for a fully remote role. We would consider consultants who have experience in other financial application solutions similar in scope and capability to Sunsystems. However, the salary would reflect experience and the requirement to bring the candidate up to the required level of knowledge on our product stack.
In this role there will be progress milestones, appraisals and associated salary increments once defined objectives are met.
What do I need?

- Self-motivated and a quick and independent learner.
- Past use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems is desirable but not essential.
Product Knowledge which includes some of most of the following software applications:
- Infor Sunsystems v4, v6 including SSRS
- Infor Query and Analysis v10, v11
- Infor d/EPM (formerly Infor BI)
- Professional Advantage Companion Products to Sunsystems (B4B, Ipos, Collect, Advanced Inquiry, Bank Reconciliation, Making Tax Digital, Contract Billing)
- Crystal Reports
- Qlik
- 3rd part P2P Systems and integration with Sunsystems
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quick and efficient business application support to our customer base via telephone, e-mail and remote connectivity which will enable our clients to use their business software to its best advantage and to maintain continuity of use.
- Consistently delivering a high level of customer service.
- Maintaining a high level of personal product knowledge, requesting additional training as required.
- Building good working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Taking ownership of cases and issues.
