Fibre-Tech Industries (UK) Ltd require a part time 'Office Administrator' to support our busy production facility in Melbourn.
The successful candidate will perform general administrative duties as required, including answering incoming telephone calls, update attendance and holiday records, arrange courier collections and print courier labels for despatch, print despatch paperwork and maintain the production paperwork/works order system. To maintain Company systems and procedures associated with the above operations and perform general administration duties.
Applicants should be methodical, well organised, with a focus on detail, and the ability to multi-task. Self-motivated, polite and courteous with an excellent telephone manor and a willingness to learn office systems & procedures and be able to work within a team with minimal supervision.
Candidates will have good spoken and written English, numerate, computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & E-Mail. GCSE passes in English/English literature and Mathematics at grade C or above. Experience of Sage 50 accounts would be advantageous.
The role will be based at our Melbourn site for 18 hours a week, split of hours can be negotiable.
