The Role
To support the commercial and operational activity of NSG Environmental Limited by ensuring the provision and effective completion of human resource and people development activities as directed by the HR Manager.
HR support & administration
- Provide support to managers and staff on all HR related matters providing timely and accurate HR advice as appropriate.
- In line with NSG HR Policy, responsible for supporting the timely management of the Employee Relations caseload referring to HR Manager as required.
- Administration of NSG HR system (People HR)
- Provide other HR analysis as requested by other managers.
- Collate and pass on payroll information to the HR Manager.
- Deliver HR Clinics as appropriate and provide timely feedback to the employee and their line manager as appropriate.
- Action promptly and accurately all administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Head of People & Integration. This may include such elements as:
- General record keeping, administration and archiving
- Establish and maintain individual personnel files for each employee via People HR; ensuring compliance
- Time sheet information retrieval.
Recruitment & People Development
- ·Administer recruitment task via the NSG Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and liaison with recruitment agencies.
- Contribute to up-to-date position description and person specification available for issue;
- Inform unsuccessful applicants by telephone / email of rejection and provide feedback if requested;
- Ensure take up of references and record information to file and appropriate line manager;
- Following authorisation, support the issuing of offers of employment with accompanying documentation, and liaise on date of appointment;
- Ensure appropriate / induction / probationary and HR reviews take place as per policy
- Administration of the NSG Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide advice and support to employees and line managers in the production of Personnel Development Plans

Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
