Office Administrator duties and responsibilities
Our appointed Office Administrator will become responsible for several functions at both Fantasy Island and Skegness Pier. Their main responsibility will be to assist both staff and customers in a seamless business operation.
Duties include:
· Managing the reception area, answering phone enquiries and visitors at the door
· Managing all company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and social media enquiries
· Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events
· Managing the data collection of customer feedback both offline and online
· Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment
· Carrying out market research
· To support the marketing team function with ah-hoc tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
