Night Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting for our friendly care home in Whittlesey full or part time hours available;

Some of your main responsibilities will be to:-

• Delivering Personal Care and encouragement of independence when needed.
• Ensuring the emotional wellbeing of our residents.
• Working alongside the existing team to deliver a range of activities that our residents enjoy
• Domestic cleaning will sometimes be required
• Helping Update Care Plans and various other paper work
• Adhering to Company policies and procedures
• Working alongside the Senior and management of the home to meet all CQC requirements
• What we require:-
• A knowledge and understanding of Dementia and Elderly care
• Caring natures are a must, you will be the first port of call for our residents and it is essential that you want to make a difference to their lives.
• A friendly Smile
• A willingness to learn and adapt when needed
• The ability to work as a team and individually when required
• Willingness to undertake relevant training.
• NVQ level 2 desirable

• We are offering £10.50 hour, plus 28 days Annual leave. Further training will be given or arranged. .

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
