Halliwell Jones Chester is looking for a Service Costing Clerk.
Your role
The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, recently modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- To maximise efficiency in all administration areas relating to the costing office.
- To deal with retail, warranty, internal, service package, one link and lease company invoicing on a daily basis.
- To ensure the completion of all internal and external service invoices.
- To monitor Work In Progress daily.
Your profile
- Excellent administration and communication skills.
- A commitment to proving excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality.
- Team player that offers help and supports to others.
- Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
