Role: Virgin Media O2 Customer Service Advisor
Discounted O2 Mobile tariffs and packages
Discounted Virgin Media broadband (see terms below)
Extra 65p per hour paid for working unsociable hours (Monday to Friday between 6pm & 9pm and any hours worked at the weekend)

Location: Homebased
Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week.
Shift pattern: Various fixed shifts available. You will work the same shift every week. All shifts include working one weekend day.

As a customer service advisor, you will join Capita as part of our Virgin Media O2 client team supporting new and existing Virgin Media O2 customers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with inbound calls within a virtual contact centre
- Delivering a service which makes Virgin Media O2 customers feel valued and supported
- Dealing with a wide range of queries including billing enquiries, questions around products and advice on faulty products
What we’re looking for:
- Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- An ability to learn new skills quickly, including adopting new processes and technology
- An ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
- A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different callers
- Ideally, experience working within a customer service environment.
- A quiet space to work at home with a strong WIFI connection
