Administrative Assistant Banstead, England
Job description
Able Solar Ltd provide and install renewable energy systems to domestic and commercial properties. We have numerous teams consisting of roofers, electricians and labourers working throughout England.
We are looking for an administrative assistant on a self-employed basis to support our management team and to closely assist our operations managers.
Working from home will be required for the majority of the hours, however, training sessions and regular meetings will be based in Banstead SM7.
Position will be full time. Main days and hours will be Monday to Friday 40 hours a week. Some Ad hoc hours may be required weekends.
The ideal candidate should:
· Be computer literate and have experience with Dropbox and Excel.
· Be extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail.
· Be enthusiastic and keen to offer support to the team and be relied on.
· Have good communication skills to liaise with the construction teams.
· Be open to work flexible hours.
· Have own laptop and mobile with WhatsApp access.
