We are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join our busy Firm
The construction industry is very fast paced and the ideal candidate must be able to multi task and be able to work well as part of a small team.
Ideally you will of worked within the construction trade and have experience of building. If not you will be given a training which will be for two weeks paid, and you could get a better position within the future.
Mondays and Tuesdays are our important days as we need be prepared for the rest of the week.
You will be working closely with our clients, assisting them with all aspects of the job and day to day running of the sites.
Full training will be given.
The duties of a administrator include:
- Placing orders for materials and plant hire for all sites
- Contacting a range of project manager and subcontractors to obtain an better understanding of the sites
- Agreeing delivery times
- Using excel spreadsheet and Microsoft.
- Dealing effectively with challenges from contractors and the flow of employees
- Good communication skills and able to communicate with people on all level
- Admin Duties – Filing of orders , assisting with Health & Safety Site set ups & Handover,
- All Invoices and Timesheets.
The position will be office based , due to our rural location, own transport is essential
Hours of work – Monday – Friday , 8am – 5pm
