Job Description

Responsible for providing strategic and operational legal support regarding broad range of legal affairs, including commercial contracts, marketing and advertising, business development, ethics and compliance, data privacy, corporate, competition and litigation.
Serving on Affiliate's Core Lead Team.
Monitoring and supervising external counsels and legal spend.
Supporting IP by collaborating with IP legal team.
Supporting HR by collaborating with HR legal team.
Supporting Regulatory by collaborating with Regulatory legal team.
Developing training plans and providing legal training to staff.

The Successful Applicant

Must haves

At least 7 years of experience as in-house counsel or lawyer in an international reputable law firm
Trained in reputable law firm / company

Nice to have

Admitted to the Bar
Experience in life science, animal health industry, food industry, or other consumer oriented or regulated industry

£75,000-£90,000 Salary
