At O-Netrix Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an IT Help Desk Technician. Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and technical support to end users, troubleshooting computer and networking issues.
• Engage in live troubleshooting, working directly with customers to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Undertake bench work, including computer repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, finding innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Continuously expand your technical knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
• Lift, bend, and carry equipment as needed to support customer needs.
• Complete a Criminal Records Check and be bondable.
• Possess a valid Driver's license for occasional site visits.

Qualifications:

• A background in customer service
• No prior IT experience required! We value a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interaction with users at all levels.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.

• Full-time position with a competitive starting wage of $22 per hour, based on experience
