Job description

Location: Smallwood Manor Hospital, Uttoxeter (GAU / ECA Ward)

Salary: Band 3 £20,330 - £21,777 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 hours per week

Role Requirements/Specification:

• Under the supervision of the OT, providing evidence-based therapeutic individual and group activities as part of the patients comprehensive MDT care plan
• Providing reports to the patients clinical review and Care Program Approach process
• Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Level 2 Certificate / Diploma Health & Social Care (essential)

Desirable:

• Experience of general inpatient settings
• Experience of inpatient CAMHS
