As a Quality Graduate you will be supporting business critical activity whilst developing commercial, core and technical skills through rotation and development opportunities. You will be directly supporting the delivery of our Vision 80 transformation and objectives
Role
- Successfully complete functional rotations delivering on the required objectives and developing strong relationships across the organisation.
- Support the implementation of business improvement projects and product deliverables.
- Develop a deep understanding of Lotus operations and area functions responsibilities.
- Build close working relationships with Design, Marketing, Programme and Engineering to embed Quality into every stage of New Product Development and become a recognised expert in this field.
- Participate in target balancing, highlighting consequences or programme decisions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends/best in class practices with regards to Quality standards and Customer expectations.
Stakeholders
- Develop strong working relationships with functional mentors and rotation managers
- Maintaining effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create a sense of community amongst teams at all levels and departments within Lotus.
Scope
- To work in a fast-paced environment with an output focussed mindset
- Demonstrate the ability to critically review work streams and provide improvement ideas and solutions.
Knowledge
Essential
- Degree requirements: 2:1 classification
- Degree types: Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics)
- Business (including Business & Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics)
- Design (Automotive design)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Desirable
- Commercial, manufacturing or engineering experience / placement
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Please note this role is based in Hethel, Norfolk so relocation to the Hethel area is required.
