We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive (Supplier Funded Content) to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Accountabilities:

External account management

  • Communicate promo periods to suppliers; chase assets, and liaise with suppliers and external design teams as required. Onboarding new suppliers, Trading Managers and Assistants, and Merchandising team members.
  • Be aware of any related media in the supplier’s media plan, eg. Shop-in-shops.

Internal account management

  • Communicate daily status to Supplier Content Design Team Lead, and relevant business partners where required.
  • Identify and escalate issues where required.
  • Liaise with Trading Managers and Assistants to ensure promos are correct and checked on time.
  • Liaise with the Merchandising team to deliver completed assets on time.

Workload management

  • Set up and manage processes for each promo period.
  • Anticipate workload/resource requirements and plan accordingly. Produce reports to track efficiency. Ensure that resources are being used effectively, that production stays on track, and that media is delivered correctly and on time.
  • Continuously improve the process.

Quality control

  • Ensure that all suppliers have up-to-date application guides. Ensure that all suppliers have up-to-date templates. Ensure that all banners are correct. Feedback corrections to suppliers and/or correct banners as applicable.

Design

  • Create internal banners, understand brand guidelines, and optimise media within set guidelines.

Stream management

  • Manage the delivery of the day-to-day output of their dedicated area.
  • Using Insights data, report on the effectiveness of each area post promo.
  • Be an agent for change in your area, developing, self-evaluating, and enhancing processes, whilst also acting as the promoter of your stream.

Strategy

  • Thinking within Workstream - how owned plans & actions affect others in the same workstream, how plans & actions of workstream team members affect owned plans and collaboration opportunities within the same workstream
  • Collaboration
  • Actively looking for opportunities to improve owned areas, and to collaborate within workstream (e.g. Digital & CRM)

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Share up-to-date application guides and templates with all suppliers.
  • Update guidelines and supporting content for internal and external parties where required.
  • Check artwork against Ocado Retail application guides.
  • Correct or feedback to suppliers as required.
  • Upload all banners into Scribe.
  • Code HTML banners where required.
  • Liaise with Trading Managers and Assistants to ensure promos are correct and checked on time.
  • Liaise with the Merchandising team to deliver completed assets on time.
  • Proactively communicate workload status to business partners.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Set up the SFC sheet
  • Create NSTs
  • Brief suppliers
  • Download media
  • Process late media
  • Optimise banners
  • Check banners
  • Check missing media/promotions
  • Map categories
  • Add content (search / category)
  • Onboard suppliers.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Good Project Management or Account Management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads in fast-paced environments
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
