A boutique Venture Capital firm are looking for a proactive, polished Front of House Coordinator. You will be based in a stunning off next to Soho Square. The privately owned firm have an entrepreneurial, dynamic culture and you will be the first point of contact for HNW Clients. The hours will vary depending on meetings, around 8:30 – 5:30 Monday to Friday. Fantastic long-term opportunity, if you are interested and meet the spec please apply today.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be the main point of contact for clients, assist with overflow PA work and office management duties.
- Meet and greet clients, providing tea and coffee
- Meeting room management
- Dealing with enquires
- Ordering catering supplies
- Manage incoming post and outgoing post, book couriers
- Maintain spreadsheets for reception facilities
- Event organisation & socials
- Travel coordination to cover for team PA’s
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience within a similar role. You will be the type of person who is super organised, well presented and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
Essential requirements:
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience within a similar role or HNW experience
- Proactive nature, good use of initiative
- Welcoming, friendly and has a positive attitude
- Polished, well presented and take pride in your work
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Extremely organised and can multitask
- Strong communication, written and verbal
- High attention to detail
