Factory Operative
Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Manually tip and process raw material and containers
- Clean various containers such as barrels and Intermediate Bulk Containers
- Perform quality and sample checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Load and Unload heating rooms
- Package finished goods for shipment or distribution
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting
- Mechanical knowledge for operating machinery and troubleshooting minor issues
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required as training can be delivered
This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
