We are partnered with a global telecommunications business who are looking for a seasoned NOC Engineer to join their team as they embark on several exciting changes.
This role will be working across a large team and be customer facing, so communication will be crucial in becoming an integral part of the team.
Responsibilities
Delivering on SLA’s whilst documenting progress
Be able to problem solve and deliver solutions in a practical manner
Be able to use your initiative and help deliver a first class customer experience
Continuously monitor Technology changes and keep updated with best practices
Mentor and train junior members
Experience
Extensive IP Networking experience
Cisco background ideally CCNA or CCNP certified
Juniper experienced
Experienced across Data Networking
