Job description
We are pleased to be able to offer an opportunity for a Nightshift Order Picker to work in a close knit team on behalf of our client based in Middlesbrough. This role is working is for a growing company who are looking to add to their already successful night shift team. The vacancy is temporary ongoing and could go permanent for the right candidate.
Hours of work would be starting at 10.00pm - 6.00am. The role will involve working any 5 days out of 6 with Saturday night off.
Duties of the role will include:
- Picking orders from the warehouse using paper pick lists
- Organising and documenting orders to go out for delivery
- Assisting with loading wagons with stock
- Manual/physical work
- Putting orders together accurately
- Taking care not to damage stock
- Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment
- Must be able to work as part of a team a to achieve collective targets
Essential Experience:
- Must be able to lift up to 25kg
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience with working with fresh food and picking orders in a busy warehouse environment would be advantageous.
