Job Purpose
You will manage a team of evening cleaners to ensure the site is cleaned to full specification for the next day. You will lead your team from the front and support them to carry out their duties effectively.
Job Role
1. To plan, organise and maintain the efficient use of resources, plant, personnel and raw materials, in order to achieve Ravendale Foods cleaning requirements.
2. Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
3. To liase with the Management Team and Maintenance in regards to any problems in achieving the cleaning requirements.
4. Report any necessary repairs or replacements
5. To train, manage and develop your team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10-£12 per hour depending on experience
