About The Role
Would you like to join an exciting service that really makes a difference to everyone’s lives? We have twilight shifts available at our Ipswich Call centre:
- We can offer shifts starting from 17:00, 18:00 or 1900 and finish to 0000, 2300 or 0200 = Total 6 hour shift or longer.
- You will also need to pick up either a Saturday or Sunday shift in addition to weekday evenings (or can of course do both but at least one).
- A minimum of 24 hours per week (2 or 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week at 6 hours per shift)
- We could offer full time 1800 - 0200 x 5 shifts per week (with one of these at the weekend)
Our up coming training date will be taking place on:
- Saturday 20th May - Part Time - Sat-Sun (9am-5pm) Tues, Weds, Thurs (5pm-9.30pm) for 6 weeks
You have the flexibility to pick up additional shifts or overtime at any time.
About You
- Strong Customer Service skills (over the phone or face to face/ or previous Call Centre experience.
- Excellent listening and communication skills that involves talking to people and helping them.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Computer and keyboard skills (full Pathway training will be given)
- A real passion to help people and to work for NHS 111 (tell us about this in your interview)
- Be prepared to work shifts (24/7 rota providing cover on weekends, nights and Bank Holidays)
