Position: Night Receptionist
Base Location: COMO The Halkin
Department: Front Office /Reception
Reporting to: Front Office Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Follow company policies and procedures regarding the check-in and –out process whilst providing our guests with prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as with sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates.
As Night receptionist, you must represent the COMO brand and reflect on our vision and values at all times.
Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging and empathetic manner.
To attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts to aid the flow of communication and maintain a smooth operation.

Key requirements

An individual who has experience in Front Office hospitality would be beneficial.
Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.
A positive character with a proactive approach and a self-driven attitude.
Pay excellent attention to detail.
Have a responsible attitude with a calm and professional approach.
A team Player.
