Position: Night Receptionist
Base Location: COMO The Halkin
Department: Front Office /Reception
Reporting to: Front Office Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the check-in and –out process whilst providing our guests with prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
• Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as with sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates.
• As Night receptionist, you must represent the COMO brand and reflect on our vision and values at all times.
• Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging and empathetic manner.
• To attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts to aid the flow of communication and maintain a smooth operation.

Key requirements

• An individual who has experience in Front Office hospitality would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.
• A positive character with a proactive approach and a self-driven attitude.
• Pay excellent attention to detail.
• Have a responsible attitude with a calm and professional approach.
• A team Player.
