We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner and Senior Partner. This is at times a demanding and fast-paced role with plenty of variety working. Therefore, the successful individual will be someone who has experience as an PA/Executive Assistant managing busy diaries, exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the confidence and ability to communicate with a variety of senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
- Proactively overseeing their schedules and workload
- Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
- Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments, organising meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring Manging and Senior Partner are adequately prepared for meetings.
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Following up pre- and post-meeting actions and completing tasks as directed
- Organising travel and accommodation for both Managing and Senior Partner
- Handling both professional and personal aspects of the Managing and Senior Partners’ lives
- Being trusted with sensitive information about the firm and our clients, always ensuring confidentiality and integrity
- Maintaining an overview of all key issues and work requiring attention, prioritising, and resolving all tasks and time sensitive matters.
- Collating and circulating papers for Board, Operations Group and Leaders meetings.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
You’ll need:
- Previous experience supporting at Director/Executive level.
- Excellent diary management & organisational skills
- Flexible ‘can do’ proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good initiative and problem-solving ability - offering solutions and confidently managing upwards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and clear written presentation
- Confident communicating at all levels within and outside the firm
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise a high-volume workload and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing requirements and see opportunities for improvement.
- Team-focus with a flexible and collaborative approach to working with others, but also the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
