The day-time tavern and night-time bistro-style restaurant, combined with the adjacent Bodmin Jail Museum, offer the chance of courtyard dining to soak up all the heritage and intrigue of this amazing property.

Night Manager

We have an opportunity within our night team, they are the guardians of a great sleep in a safe and secure environment. Whether it’s supporting the wider team or helping guests with their overnight queries our night team play and integral part to our guests experience with their depth of knowledge, support and caring approach. Being able to offer this in our individual way is key to what sets us apart.

To be successful the key qualifications and experience we need or prefer:

• Previous experience of working in a guest care position
• Experience of working in a high-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong team ethics
• Demonstrable employer loyalty
• Experience of 4- star hotels (preferred)
• Experience of working with a PMS system (preferred and Oracle a distinct advantage)
