We are currently seeking a passionate, conscientious and diligent Night Housekeeping Attendant, to join our Accommodation Services team. The shift pattern for this role is 10pm to 6am, working 5 days from 7.
The on target earning potential for this role is £27,290 / annual salary based on a 37.5 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £23,790, plus a qualified estimate of £3,500 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Ensuring all public areas, spa and leisure facilities, meeting and conference rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standard
Regularly checking our carpets, upholstery and furniture, making sure they’re in perfect condition; proactively reporting any maintenance, repair or specialist cleaning requirements
Replenishing all amenities in our public and back of house restrooms
Cleaning the pool and spa areas with the designated, specialist cleaning products and always using the appropriate machinery for each task
Assisting in high level and heavy-duty deep cleaning on a regular basis
Maintaining tidy and clear back landings and staff staircases at all times
Providing your colleagues with a thorough handover, with the Night Housekeeping Supervisor, at the end of each shift
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person we're looking for:
Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you'll also be available to work a flexible schedule
You're highly motivated and possess an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards are all second nature to you
You're a strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
You'll be required to complete standard forms to record events on a regular basis and interact with our guests so a strong grasp of English language, both written and spoken, are essential; additional languages would also be beneficial!
